The Institute for Substance-Assisted Therapy offers individual sessions. These include thorough preparation, a session with substances, and follow-up. The amount of preparation and follow-up required cannot be defined in a fixed manner, but depends on many factors, such as:
• Previous experience
• Current life situation
• Duration and content of the substance use experience (intense or upsetting experiences require more follow-up)
• External therapeutic support for the individual concerned Such sessions are particularly suitable if someone is in ongoing therapy. In some cases, an individual session can then be delegated by the therapist. Please contact us for a preliminary consultation to clarify these questions.
